THE GOOD:
New armour, and weapons Tons of new quests Cool, new places to explore Some new character faces/hair stayles New villages & NPCs Original-Morrowind players can take their characters into GOTY

THE BAD:
Takes longer to load Music is a little choppy at points

SUMMARY:
The Elder Scroll III: Morrowind Game of The Year Edition (takes a breath)... rocks! GOTY offers a ton of new content, including brand-new cities/lands, and items. In the old Morrowind, you were always stuck on Vvardenfell... the mountainous, land of diseases. Now, you can get away from Vvardenfell. GOTY allows you to visit the capital city of Morrowind, Mournhold & Clockwork City, also homes to the Tribunal gods, Almalexia and Sotha Sil. But also, GOTY lets you visit a brand-new wilderness of Morrowind; Solstheim. I LOVE Solstheim! It's the one place that has forests, and snow. Plus, Solstheim has lots of new ceatures, including tree-women, wolves, polar bears, and...

THE GOOD:
Open-ended. Good story, nice locales.

THE BAD:
Sometimes choppy framerate, loading times, needs a better menu system.

SUMMARY:
Morrowind in a nutshell: You will never buy another game if your goal is to finish this title! Morrowind is open-ended to almost a fault? funny to say that, but it's not a fault. You can entirely pass on following the story of Morrowind, and chose a home, and live there... or participate in all functions of the Great houses, and factions, get yourself known in the land and eventually learn the prophecy. Making your character grow is the best part of the game. Every facet of life in Morrowind gives you experience towards your next level, or personal evolution. The game allows you to design a character in everyway, limited to only your imagination, and then turn them loose in this land. the GOTY is amazing, including all the PC versions of the expansions and the ability to transfer your old character over...

THE GOOD:
Well just as good as the original game, but now there's two more places to go to... and they have a whole hella lot more than before... there's like new types of armor... and new weapons... and there's some that can mkae you armor out of glass ebony and the new materail... adamantium... it's medium armor... and it rivals the indoril armor that you get from the ordinators after you kill them in the original game... and oh yeah there are new more advanced ordinators in the Tribunal section of the game...

THE BAD:
Bad... ummm... that you have to pay an extra $10 bucks to get the game... but hey it's better tahn paying for both Tribunal and Bloodmoon for computer... and each are about 20 bucks each...

SUMMARY:
Ummm... well... Bloodmoon is aiight... it has a lot new creatures to face... and you get to know the imperials a little better... and the nords a lot better... and in Bloodmoon there's also new materails to make a new type of armor...

THE GOOD:
----------

THE BAD:

SUMMARY:
Morrowind: GOTY is the expansion pack to The Elder Scrolls II: Morrowind. I won't pretend I know everything about either of them because I don't. What's different from Morrowind to Morrowind: GOTY? It has expansion packs, Blood Moon and Tribunal. In Blood Moon you turn into a Werefolf, just like you could turn into a Vampire in the previous version. Other than that, new missions, weapons, things like that its the same game. In Tribunal there are still more missions and weapons that you can get. It's hard to tell what's new or not because the game is just so damn big. It still has the greatness that made Morrowind fantastic, but what is the best part is that you can resume your Morrowind game in GOTY. Standard for an expansion pack, yes, but expansion packs for a console.

Everything in this game is bump-mapped. I mean EVERYTHING. Because the game is so damn huge it needs to be....

THE GOOD:
-Vast environments
-Almost unlimited choices, ultimate freedom
-Too many side quests to count
-Wide range of armor, weapons, and clothing
-Money system is very addictive, almost like real money

THE BAD:
-Graphics could be slightly better
-Loading times are annoying

SUMMARY:
Morrowind can be said to be my favorite RPG of all time. I finished the original one, and begged for more. Then, GOTY came out, and it is definitely a worthy expansion. The new locations are different than the original Morrowind, which is really good. I could also import my character over, which was a big plus. Perhaps the best feature that this game has is the side quests. I have played this game for at least 100 hours, and I'm guessing that I am about only 80% done with everything. And at 30 dollars, its worth it.

THE GOOD:
has awesome armour + weapons and anything is possible

THE BAD:
too many ways to cheat

SUMMARY:
i like the fact that ytou can do any thing and you dont need to do stuff right then and there.i wish you could build a stronghold earlyer though. Its kind of hard to swim fast until your athletics is very high.My favorite thing to do is steal stuff right in front of people and this is the only game that ive seen that you can do this with.i also like the fact that you can bribe taunt intimidate, and admire people.i like the armour and weapon designs best out of all the games ive played my main problem is there are so many ways people can get all there stats so high they are gods.i forgot i like that you can summon so much stuff to help you end peoples misery.i need a few more letters so im going to ramble for a while

THE GOOD:
As far as RPG's go, Morrowind shines past most others. The graphics were far superior for its time. The storyline is extremely deep and very well developed. The optional side quest stories can keep a player busy with unique content for hundreds of hours easily without ever starting any part of the "main quest". The character development system is one of the most complex to have been put to pixels since pixels existed. A very fun alchemy system exists which can keep a new player busy by itself creating new and interesting potions for hours at a time. The sheer mass of items ranging from spoons and books to enchanted armor and weapons is enough to fill even the largest dwellings in the game to overflowing. Also(surprisingly because it is strictly single player), this game has an astoundingly robust online community.

THE BAD:
In the original Morrowind, sans expansions, bugs and crashes were very common. The GOTY edition has greatly reduced...

THE GOOD:
Vast open landscapes, a thousand or more NPCs, various creatures to kill, run away from and the ability to capture the creatures soul to make weapons, this game has it all, the water effects are amazing, almost life like. There is over 100 hours game play, plus extra for side-quests and mini games.

THE BAD:
Rain at some points comes through a solid wall and/or ceiling, yet this does not effect gameplay what so ever. The combat system is not up to scrap when compared to fable's, as players can spend a long time tryin to get just one hit in. And who cannot forget the long loading times, but for a game this size any console would struggle.

SUMMARY:
All in all I find The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind one of the most enjoyable games I have ever played. This game started me into the big wide world of RPGs. The Storyline to this game is so huge and takes some time to understand unlike fable which is "Kill first ask questions later". With the...

THE GOOD:
hours of more gameplay and tons of more weapons and armor!!!

THE BAD:
how to put it...laggy and it has it's fair share of glitches.

SUMMARY:
This game is one for the rpg fans, letting you do whatever you want, not even having to start a quest (apart from the starting one). The first morrowind was excellent and to bring out expansion packs on a console was even better. i'm surprised at the amount of stuff they fitted on the disk. this contributes to the lagging and glitches, but hey i don't mind the occasional glitch here and there. It's worth it for the amazing indepth gameplay used. And being able to load up a character fom a previous game (i actually started again, it would of been too easy other wise). This game is...how can i put it...super duper!!! A must buy
