THE GOOD:
Action packed storyline

Some nice extra features like the classic version of Ninja Gaiden.

It also provides quite a nice challenge with it's variety of difficulty settings.

THE BAD:
The camera is a little difficult to focus. Forcing you to hit right trigger(default controller setting) to center it.

SUMMARY:
Team Ninja comes out strong with Ninja Gaiden. The Hayabusa Ninja clan have for centuries guarded two Supernatural blades in their village in Japan. The Dark Dragon blade was carved out of the bones of an evil Dark Dragon, and legend has it that if the seal guarding it is ever broken, the sword will absorb all of the evil and suffering of the world, granting its owner great power, in exchange for them becoming evil. The clan also guards the Dragon Sword. Carved out of the teeth of a Dragon, the sword is said to have been used to slay Dark Dragons in times gone by.

THE GOOD:
-The Graphics
-The Gameplay
-The Story
-The Varity of Weapons

THE BAD:
-A little annoying camera angles

SUMMARY:
Finally, Tecmo has put its money into good use. And what have they made? Ninja Gaiden. The best action/adventure ninja game you'll ever play in your life.

The graphics are showing off the true power of the XBox. The environments are breath taking and there is no repitive levels either, which makes the game unrushed and in its full potential.

The gameplay of this game is very tough and has a long learning curve. Once you decide to actually use the blocking, things should get easier. Well they don't. The game itself will get a lot harder and harder as your progress. But sometimes I wonder if this game might be too hard. Oh well. Back on subject. You can gain weapons as you progress, which sorta adds some RPG features into this game. You can either find the weapon in the hands of a dead enemy or...

THE GOOD:
~The Graphics
~The storyline
~Gameplay
~Level design
~Sound system
~Can be played online

THE BAD:
~Yes, it's always the camera.

SUMMARY:
I think i knew what was to come of this game before it was released and i am glad to say that i am not disappointed. The storyline is just wonderful and the ninjas were well designed. Talking about the camera angles: we all knew this right from time that this part of the game will always be the problem. Devil May Cry had the same problem and you must all agree that there is nothing that can be done to improve the camera in this kind of title. What ninja gaiden did was to incorperate a button that can help you reset the camera, unlike other games. The essence was good for ninja gaiden, i mean, what will a ninja do with money? phst*. Anyways, the game is good and i strongly recommend every living gamer to buy it because it is so much better than DOA3 and DOA4 put together when it comes...

THE GOOD:
+ Looks like a ninja, acts like a ninja
+ Surprising gameplay depth
+ Good level design
+ Nice, pretty graphics

THE BAD:
- Mean, ugly camera could be confusing at times
- Lack of save points can be frustrating
- Extremely hard

SUMMARY:
Ninjas used to be hardcore. They were the top criminals of ancient Japan, expertly trained killers who studied a dangerous, mysterious art. They were feared by lord and samurai alike, acrobatic assassins with little regard for honor or fair play. They'd run around on rooftops under the cover of darkness, often carrying all kinds of nasty poisons and flash bombs in their pockets.

For me one of tecmos GREATEST creations ever other den dead or alive whole series . This game has the whole ninja attitude and it rocks. From the shurikens ,swords , wall climbing ,rooftop running, the intensity, the characters . All in one single game !!!

Very addictive could kept u going...

THE GOOD:
+ Beautiful Graphics
+ Awesome Gameplay
+ Superb Combat System
+ Great AI
+ Smooth, Responsive Controls
+ Insane Boss Fights
+ Cool Weapons and Magic
+ Lots of Cool, Unique Enemies
+ Includes All 3 Classic NES Ninja Gaidens
+ Downloadable Expansion Packs

THE BAD:
- Camera Can Be A Pain Sometimes
- Hardcore Difficulty May Turn Some Gamers Off

SUMMARY:
Gameplay: Plays like a dream. There's lots of cool weapons, moves and magic which can all be upgraded at a merchant, for a price of course. The combat system is excellent. It's a breeze to pull off combo's and the moves look awesome, and each weapon has it's own full list of moves and combo's. There's a lot of really cool enemies in the game and they're all very different from each other, in both appearance and combat techniques. The AI is very good, sometimes just a few enemies will put up a hell of a fight. Boss fights...

THE GOOD:
Everything... except the camera.

THE BAD:
Are you serious?

SUMMARY:
Where do I start? First off, thank god for Ninja Gaiden. This game will absouletly blow you away. Graphics really do shine in Ninja Gaiden. And the FMV sequences were so realistic, I actually checked to see if I was looking out a window or looking at the TV. The storyline, which is unique in it's own way, really captures the feel of a ninja out to kick Fiend ass. And by far the most acute weapon system rivaling that of the game Soul Caliber II. Weapons are unbelievable also. There's weapons such as the War Hammer; a huge ass pole with blades at the end to rip through fiend flesh, the standard Dragon Sword, and the nunchackus along with others. And each weapon comes with it's own set of moves. So were talkin' 50+ moves in this game! The bosses are truly animated. One actually looks like a gaint slug with 4 eyes and 2 tentacles. Another is a live skeleton dinosaur. The...

THE BAD:
the camera......................yup thats about it.

SUMMARY:
Ninja Gaiden...........................................
I havent played a game this addictive since Devil May Cry.Well this game stars Ryu Hayabusa of the Hayabusa ninja clan.........but who cares! The story isnt the strong point here, its the crap in your pants, awesome gameplay. In the gameyou start out preety small,I mean your health is insignificant. But as you play through the game youl get stronger and stronger, attain new weapons, get magic etc.In the begging of the game the amount of moves you can use with your sword is not very much and preety simple, but as you level up your weapons, that allows you to use more moves and before you know it,youl have so many moves you wont know what to...

THE GOOD:
-Many different weapons
-Many different moves/fighting methods
-Tons of gameplay

THE BAD:
-Might be to hard for the 'casual' gamer
----------------------------------------

SUMMARY:
Ninja Gaiden is an awesome game. It has tons of different weapons, and tons of diferent moves you can execute while fighting against your enemies. It has 3 different difficulty levels, normal, hard, and very hard (unlocked after beating the game on hard). You get weapons, and Ninpo, which is like magic. You are Ryu Hayabusa, fighting for your village. These men came in, and totally destroyed your village. You are now fighting back, fighting through the woods, cities, underground, and even in a blimp. But, beware, this is not for the 'casual' gamer. This game may tend to make people mad, but if you keep your cool, and keep trying it won't be that difficult. This is a great game, and i recomend it to anyone.

THE GOOD:
The Latest installment in the Ninja Gaiden franchise is a pulse pounding action adventure title worthy of the title "king of action/adventure". Not to be surpassed in graphics ,sound and pure depth.

THE BAD:
The only comment i have on the downside is that some gamers may find Ninja Gaiden frustrating if not unbearable at times due to the high difficulty setting. at first glance it looks like a straight hack n slash but it really takes skill and patience to finish this game.

SUMMARY:
After seeing the Ninja Gaiden preview more than a year ago i had no doubt in my mind that this was a title worth my attention. The graphics looked amazing and the bosses looked even better. As soon as the game was released i was straight down to eb to purchase a copy. What was waiting for me was the best action/adventure game i have ever played. The first couple of levels lets you get to grip of the style of defence and attack you will be using throughout...

THE GOOD:
-Hard
-Graphics/Cinemas
-Lots of moves and acrobatics
-Awesome boss battles
-Ninja's at their best

THE BAD:
-Hard, cuz this can be good or bad depending on who you are.
-Story isn't too great.
-Camera issues
-Certain jumping sequences can be a major pain
-Running out of items and finding the closest vendor can also be a pain sometimes

SUMMARY:
This game is not for a casual gamer. This game is for a hardcore gamer. Its hard. But its a beautiful game and a awesome challenge for anyone who wants it. The graphics and cinemas are well done, the graphics especially, being some of the best on the Xbox. The real focus of this game is the combat. If you can't master the combat you will not have fun in this game. You need to learn some combos, and learn who or what and when you can use them. The enemies take no prisoners and are merciless. If you don't know their weaknesses and which moves to use you will not make it...
