THE GOOD:
Good humor, really good story, good authentic voice acting

THE BAD:
The graphics are okay, and sort of gets repetetive. Also, you have to UNLOCK the multiplayer mode.

SUMMARY:
Springfield is going crazy. Survellence cameras, black vans, and other crazy stuff. Get ready for a great story by the actual Simspons writers. The graphics could be better, but they don't really take away from the game. The missions do get repetetive. There's only a couple of missions types throughout the whole game - collect stuff, race, get somewhere in a certain amount of time, avoid someone, or destroy something. That's about it. In the game, you get to play as Homer, Bart, Lisa, Marge, and Apu. Homer is funny, but Lisa gets boring. You meet other Simspons characters like Chief Wiggum, his son, Milhouse, Prof. Frink, Dr. Nick, Grandpa, Cletus, Smithers, Mr. Burns, Snake, Ned Flanders, and more. The weird thing is, that you can never...

Graphics: Ok lets face it, the game doesn't have the best graphics, but they are quite decent. The enviorments are really cheesy and the buildings arn't really detailed well. But all in all the graphics are ok. Overall Score: 7

Controls: The controls in this game is really good in my opinion. I don't have to stretch my fingers to do something and I can control my cars real easily. Much like the GTA games, the controls are real simple and yet they get the job done in the end. Overall Score: 9

Gameplay: Ok, this is the point when I got a little distressed. This game is sorta like GTA. You can grab cars from no where and drive them and blow them up too, and even get chased by the cops. But the tasks that are given to you is just plain stupid and really annoying. And there is no point to do any side quests. Plus you don't get any weapons, and youd on't get to kill anyone...
THE GOOD:
-simpsons
-when driving, a gta feel

THE BAD:
almost everything

SUMMARY:
what can I say? another crappy simpson's game. they are just like those dang army men games. no matter how bad they are, they just keep coming. the camera angles in H&R suck, the game is too easy and short, and it feels like a sonic knockoff at times. lets re-cap: the simpsons have ruined skateboarding, wrestling, racing, and now they are going to take the concept of grand theft auto, and ruin that for us?!! how does the publisher of this series sleep at night? I can't even begin to think of the number of people that have been ripped off. not all games were a disaster, the classic arcade platform game was excellent, the best simpsons game ever. the game was fun, and challenging. why couldn't hit and run be modled after that game? in conclusion, don't waste your time with it.

THE GOOD:
Endless fun running from the cops, running over annoying people, and just the fact you can tour the city. The voice overs (could have more lines than they do)

THE BAD:
Cost and Bonus game...Booo, i played that type of game in the 80's i think(4x4 off road challenge or something like that. Dust is just as old, but i could be wrong.....

SUMMARY:
My self, I just purchased this title, and even though I am only on level 4, I can see this game has plenty of fun moments. Myself, I am having problems finding all the cards..not that i care as all the cards do is unlock a cheap 2 player game that is a slight rip off of a 80's arcade game 4x4 off road challenge, the only thing missing in this version besides the 4x4's, are the nitro boosts!!

Playability: 8-10
Graphics: 8-10
Sounds: 9-10 ** a little repetitive at times
Cost: 3- 10 **They charged us for wine, and give us h20
Roster: 5-10: Totally sucks there is...

THE GOOD:
Exceptional re-creation of the Simpson's universe.
Great music, sound effects and voice acting.
Graphic treatment true to the Simpsons, in 3D form.
In-jokes galore.
Car physics excellent (in an arcady way).
Gameplay is excellent.
Addicting.

THE BAD:
Occasional minor frame-rate issues.
Occasional camera problems (usually when on foot).
Where's the multi-player?

SUMMARY:
A true sign of a video game worth your hard-earned time and money is the all-important "addiction" factor. Well, despite being scheduled for an 8:30 am meeting, The Simpson's Hit and Run had me up until 2:00 am, only grudgingly turning it off in time to get at least some shut-eye.

Simply put, never have I ever seen a re-creation of a fictional universe from another medium (movies or television) so exceptionally done in a video game. Playing Hit and Run is similar to actually being transported into a real, living,...
