Unreal Championship 2: The Liandri Conflict

THE GOOD:
Fast-paced gameplay. Excellent graphics & sound. Lots of unlockable content. Xbox Live & System Link multiplayer support.

THE BAD:
Complex controls. Not quite enough variety in gameplay. More weapons would have been nice.

SUMMARY:
The sequel to the popular "Unreal Championship" game (no relation to the other "Unreal" games), Midway & Epic Games really step the franchise up a notch with the 2nd installment in the series. The main storyline of the game has a handful of interesting characters fighting to win a Liandri-sponsored tournament, with the primary character, Anubis, trying to stake his claim to fame and extract revenge against the champion, who ironically he was to have been married to.

The graphics are top-notch in all aspects. The characters & stages show incredible amounts of detail and the animations are very smooth with little to no traces of flickering or slowdown. Sounds are also excellent for the most...

THE GOOD:
It was a fun, cool fighting game. I think that the maps are AMAZING and way better than Halo 2's.

THE BAD:
The campaign, ascension rites(or however it is spelled), seem to go by too quickly. When I bought it, I was thinking that it was going to be Ascension Rites and then the regular tournament.

SUMMARY:
