OK start with spiderman and a sidekick(I use sandman or venom.) At newyork streets and stay on the building tops be sure to get it all you should get around 250 web tokens and then hit continue to go to the museum. If you get all the tokens you should get around 200 and there is a safe that holds a HUGE GOLDEN WEB TOKEN!!! Worth 100 web coins! And then hit continue and you will go to the sewers it has only about 100 web coins. Then hit continue and you will fight Doc Oc and you get and extra 100 coins for defeating him giving you roughly 750 total.
