In Exhibiton Mode, go to the Team Select and press either R or L to change your uniform.

When pitching, go in the middle of the square you must throw to, then go up as much as you can. It must be out of the square as high as possible. Then, throw a knuckle ball. It will be a strike that is impossible for the batter to reach.
