When playing the stage "root island" go into the castle with Iori and do his special move (any) When he jumps in the air for his final attack, your blinded for a sec because of the Sun, and when Iori gets down, all you can see is his outlines.

Easy Boss challenge mode

Choose a good fighter such as Ken or Ryu. When you are facing the last Boss, if you are losing by one round and there is not a lot of power remaining, press Start on controller two and repeat until you win.

Easy survival mode

After unlocking the Extra Options, go to "Option Mode" at the main menu. Go to "Extra Options", select "Player One Life Gauge Type" and change it to "No Damage". Then, go to "Groove Gauge Type" and change it to "Infinite". After this, start survival mode and defeat all 46 characters without taking damage and your Groove Bar will always be full.

Getting a Finest KO

Beat up your opponent until his/her life is low enough to finish them off with a special KO. Stand near your opponent and wait for them to taunt you. Then, do the special move and you will get a finest KO. You also have to either beat the mini-Boss, or receive 1500 GPS before you finish the final round in Osaka to get to Ultimate Rugal.

Extra Options:

To unlock the Extra Options, clear Boss mode. After you do this, you will get a message telling you that you've unlocked the extra options.

Get Shin Akuma

Select Arcade mode and select one-on-one battle. Choose your groove, your -ism and your character of choice. The first opponent you fight taunt once, once for your second opponent.Do not do your taunts anymore. Before you reach the final round, have atleast 3 MAX Super Arts finishes, and no more than 4 first hits by your opponent. If you have atleast 1000 Groove Points by the Final Round, you will get to fight Shin Akuma. Beat him and he is unlocked. Don't forget to save.

* A tip. Wait till S. Akuma stops right after a teleport to hit him with a super arts. Avoid his super arts at all costs.

Infinite Groove Points for Groove Edit Mode:

Beat all 48 fighters in the regular Survival mode (NOT THE INFINITE) without continuing. If you have gotten the Groove Edit mode, you can use as many options as you want in it.

The middle Boss comes when these conditions are done:

No time over has occurred.
The CPU has not made over six ''first attacks''.
The CPU has not made three or more Special KOs.

Play M. Bison / Geese Howard as sub-Boss

The first opponent you fight taunt once, once for your second opponent, and once for your third. Make atleast one MAX super combo finish before the 4th round. Geese will challenge you to a fight.

The first opponent you fight, taunt once. Do not taunt anymore times. Make atleast one MAX supercombo finish before the 4th round. M. Bison will challenge you to a fight.

Unlock Boss Mode:

Beat both Ultimate Rugal and Shin Akuma to unlock Boss Mode

Access boss mode by holding X + Y and pressing Start on Arcade Mode. Make sure you do that for both picking Arcade Mode and the type of match (Ratio, 3-on-3, or One-on-one).

Using edited colors.

Edit your players colors in the "Edit Color" mode and save them on the system file. When choosing your character in Arcade / Versus / Training mode(s) use the start button.

Hold Start + FP after winning a stage to make your character say an opponent specific quote. Hold Start + FK to make the character talk with a team member.
