hit phone booths that have a pic of Mr. Burns to get 2 seconds

Skip Mission:
Fail a mission 5 times to skip that mission (except for final mission)

Extra Camera Views:
Go to the options menu and Hold L + R and press B, B, B, B. A sound confirms correct code entry.

Get Night:
Go to the options menu and Hold L + R and press A, A, A, A. A sound confirms correct code entry.

Get Soapbox red Car:
Go to the options menu and Hold L + R and press B, B, Y, X. A sound confirms correct code entry.

More Cash:
Go to the options menu and Hold L + R and press Y, Y, Y, Y. A sound confirms correct code entry.

Blimp View:
Go to the options menu and Hold L + R and press X, X, X, Y. A sound confirms correct code entry.

2D Characters:
