F-1 World Grand Prix Cheats & Tips

To open up the gallery without any effort go into the exhibition mode. Pick Driver Williams as your driver and change his name to Driver Museum. Exit back out of exhibition and the gallery should be open.

Pick either the gold or silver driver. Change the transmission type to manual. Now when you start a race keep the car in first gear. You'll continue to gain speed when accelerating until you brake or hit something.

To open up all the challenges in challenge mode without playing through them all go into exhibition mode. Pick Driver Williams as your driver and change his name to Driver Pandora. Exit back out and enter challenge mode to find a file with all the challenges open.

The problem with using the Driver Williams cheats is that the unlocked goods are only temporary. Here are the conditions to unlock the bonus extras permanently:

Silver Driver: Achieve 80% completion in challenge mode
Gold Driver: Achieve 90% completion in challenge mode
Gallery: Finish 1st overall in the Grand Prix mode on the rookie setting
Bonus Track: Finish 1st overall in the Grand Prix mode on the professional setting

Begin an Exhibition game and choose Driver Williams as your racer. Change his name to Driver Vacation, then return to the Start screen. You'll now be able to race on a special Hawaiian course in the exhibition, time trial and two-player modes.

To unlock either Silver or Gold Driver, you must start an Exhibition game, choose Driver Williams, and then change his name to a special code name. The code names you should use are Driver Chrome and Driver Pyrite.
