Do the following:

1.Taunt until your opponent comes toward you.
2.Jump on top rope at hit your opponent.
3.Jump back on top rope and taunt until you can't taunt anymore.
4.Get your special.
5.Hit your opponent with your special once.
6.Start climbing the cage.
7.Press the up yellow button when you get to the top.
8. when the word TAP comes up start pressing all the yellow buttons.

If you follow these step correctly you should have won

go to edit and select Kane, edit his appearance. set his mask to 0 and this will remove his mask and you will see his burnt face.

You can earn several new characters on the game!
1. Dude Love
2. Cactus Jack
3. Shawn Michles (HBK)
4. Jim Ross
5. Jerry "The King" Lawler
6. Steffiny MacMan
7. Paul Bearer

You earn Dude Love and Cactus Jack by holding the Hardcore belt(Cactus) or the WWF Championship belt (Dude) until they challenge you!
You earn the announcers (Ross and Lawler) by making it to WRESTLEMANIA 2000! HBK will become a character after you hold all the belts after WRESTLEMANIA and he challenges you! You earn Steffiny with TEST and Bearer with UNDERTAKER and they will enter with you!! Also, choose Stone Cold Steve Austin and you can earn his SMOKIN' SKULL BELT after beating the game.
