Access All Levels
Open the "at.ini" file which is located in the main game directory.

Locate the following passage:

[Pilot] Name=Pilot's name Level=X

Change the X (which should be a number) into the top level you wish to access. If you don't want to skip a lot of levels, and just want to skip the level you are stuck on, just add 1 level to the current value of X (e.g. it says level=1, change to level=2).
