Rainbow Studios background
During a game, press [Alt] + [Tab] + A to switch screens, then return to the game.

Quick fall recovery
When you fall off your bike, immediately press [Tab] to return your racer to his bike instantly.

Big Head Mode
From the Main Menu, simply type "big heads" to activate big head mode (the bikers will have large heads)

When going over whoop dee doo's lean backwards so the front tire can basically float over the whoops which leaves the driving back tire on the ground powering you forward.
