Pause gameplay, when you are flying and your wings are about to contract. Your wings will contract while the game is paused, giving you a quicker landing and possibly a faster time. (But only a couple of seconds)

Go to the Super Chicken Race. Use a car with a fast engine and the Hermes Wings. Start the race and DON'T STOP AT THE FINISH LINE; instead run right off the track and glide to a little island on the back.

Get the little treasure chest on the middle.
