Enter this at the main menu and it will come up with an extra option of 'Cheats'.

L1,R1,L1,R1, Circle(x4)

The cheats include:
-Infinite Saves
-Infinite Ammo
-Mission List

BTW: The game comes up with a message once you have entered the cheat, that the reults won't be placed on the scoreboard...
