To unlock Big Tigger as a boxer, go to the Main Menu in EA SPORTS Fight Night 2004. Select My Corner -> Record Books -> Most Wins-Boxer and then tap the D-Pad up twice. You will now be able to play with Big Tigger as a Middleweight fighter

If you did it right you will hear a sound.

Alternatively just press

To unlock Bolo Punch you must defeat Ray Leonard.

To unlock Ducking Hook you must defeat Muhammad Ali.

To unlock Ma No Hands you must defeat Ray Jones Jr.

To unlock Lunging Hook you must defeat Chris Byrd.

Defeat Evander Holyfield to unlock a special punch.

To unlock Watch The Birdie you must beat Bernard Hopkins.
