when they start countdown(3,2,1...)quickly type in the dodo cheat to make your car fly. I know it sounds crazy but it really helps. you know how its only your car that can fly right? Wrong, all the other cars arent going fast enough to fly but in any race the oppents are allways going fast and since the progam of the game doesnt require the the cpu to know how to fly, you will win the race. its really funny to see your opponent fly up and then stall and crash.
ok to do this you have to buy sunshine autos. when you buy it, go to the street reaceings, choose the longest one (V.C Endurence) the get any care you want (dosent have to be fast) go to the starting line but dont drive into the pink circle. take out a rocket launcher and shoot it bettween all three cars. if youre lucky all of them will blow up, it takes time to get used to itbut you can repeat this every time. you have to spend 10,000 to get into thew race, 1,000 for the rocket and 100 for the spraying to get the cops off you (optional)
When you reach the second main island, you will notice a pay and spray near the center of the island, in the middle of the long road stretching north to south.Drive here with a car or bike of your choice (i find the bike works best- mainly a PCJ for the speed), and park it right outside the pay and spray, facing inside the garage, but not inside.You'll need a gun that you can aim with in third person - Switch to that gun and aim at the person behind the counter of the pharmacy just north of the pay and spray. When he drops four wads of cash, (about 25 seconds) run outside, get on the PCJ, and drive inside the garage. You will loose the wanted stars immediatley. Now exit the garage, get on that long road, and drive south a few blocks. Then turn around, repark the PCJ outside the garage, and re-rob the store. REPEAT over and over till satisfied.If the man does not load, and is not present, drive a bit farther south, then return.
First, get a sniper (either psg-1 or the sniper rifle)and wait till night. When the moon is visible, shoot it then it'll grow bigger. Shoot it another seven times and it'll grow really big. Shoot it one more time and it'll turn back to its normal size.P.S, Try using an assault rifle if you have good aiming.
Go the dirt bike racing area north on the second island (north of downtown). Get on either vehicle, and drive it around a few laps. Get off before the mission ends, or drive out of the race area, or finish a few laps, and thugs on Black Sanchez bikes will come after you. Steal one of their bikes and drive it into a garage to save that bike. Alternately, use the black traffic cheat, save such a vechicle, and then reset, and load, the game. Black traffic will turn off, but you keep the black bike/car/etc. Also works with pink traffic cheat.
go to the entrance to your mansion.reverse your car bacck so you can get good speed then drive as fast as you can up the stairs and bail out before the car goes inside.if done correctl you shoud be able to drive around inside.Note: Others reported it works without bailing out.

Alright, down from the Hyman Condo there are Parking Meters. Knock them over and money will come out. Sometimes there will a lot and others there will be a lot. In all theres about 20 or so of the Parking meters. Also, your car may get stuck on the poles of the Parking Meter.

Get a cop car go to one of your garages, activate the mission with analog stick. Put the cop car in the garage. Use the blow up all cars cheat(R2,L2,R1,L1,L2,R2,Square,Triangle,Circle,Triangle, L2, L1) and you should have killed the vigilante. Just repeat this method to have success.
There are two buildings next to the Malibu Club (toward the beach). they have a roof over the stairs that lead to what looks like the entrance. it is hollow! get any helicopter and hover up into the roof over the stairs and down under into VC.
This little tip can be very useful and especially if you're doing Ambulance missions. If your vehicle lands to it's side then let's say it lands the right side then before it lands upside down all you have to do is press down/left and square (reverse button) at the same time and what will happen is the leverage of rolling wheels turned left will lift up the car that has fallen onto it's right side. If your vehicle lands on the left side then do the opposite down/RIGHT and square at the same time and it will quickly turn your vehicle back to it's position.
ok this is a very easy cheat to do. Just activate the Shootist Mission and put in any weapons cheat (i perfer the first weapons cheat becuase this the only one i tried). but it will give u a bunch of time. when i was done w/ the 1st round i already had 60i ended up w/ like 365%. You can also do this to get the Faster reloading.
If you can fly cars in this game, you can fly boats! The flying boats cheat is R2,O,up,L1,right,R1,right,up,sqaure, triangle. BTW the squallo flies the best. Enjoy

Go to the area near Auntie Poulet's house in Little Haiti. There will be a M4 floating in the air. Pick it up, press L1 if needed, then have some fun.
Go to the Greasy Chopper. The store right infront of it has two windows. One has jackets in it, and the other has a PCJ 600 in it. You must shoot that one and there is the free PCJ 600.(NOTE: It doesn't always work)
it's posible to turn the city into a strange blue void with only the people & vehicles visable.To do it nab one of the Caddy golf buggies from the golf course and drive it inside the mall.The mall will look quite strange.Drive around a bit & then go back to the entrance to make the normal mall apear.The entire world will be a blue wasteland with nothing visable exept people,cars & icons.
First of all, buy the Pole Position club to open the doors. Now, jack a bike and drive it to the end of the road and go really fast towards the door. Jump off before you go in and walk in after a couple of seconds. Now, get on the bike and drive out and vice city should be a ghost town! You can save the game in ghost town, buy property with cutscenes and it's sometimes quite funny, and if you have Sunshine autos, it's quite cool seeing loads of floating cars (when you've completed the Import Missions). Also, see how long you can drive a bike on the roads without crashing into an invisible building!

Once the guy is on the ground, you can continue to kick him and receive the bonus two or three more times (until the body disappears). This is an easy way to get some quick cash, and do some fighting in the process. Also, knock over the parking meters on the sides of the streets to get money. Additionally, purchasing the strip club or the docks will earn you extra money.Easy money in Little Haiti Go to the location of the Ryton Aid and the adjacent Pay And Spray. Steal any car and park it directly in front of the Pay And Spray. Enter the Ryton Aid and rob it by pointing a gun at the clerk until you have three stars on your wanted meter. Drop the gun, take the money, and run outside to your car. Drive it into the Pay And Spray. If you got hit by the police, return to the store after your car is repainted and get the health power-up. Run down the block and a new clerk will be back in Ryton Aid. Repeat this process to get easy money.Easy money in North Point To get an easy $200 to $300, go to North Point Mall and follow a police officer until he begins chasing someone. Attack that person with your fists (no brass knuckles -- you gain more money without them) to get $50 for every punch you throw. Be sure not to hit the police officer. Also, go to the North Point mall at the far end of town (from the hideout). Find The Gap and the CD store. Rob the CD store by aiming at the clerk with auto aim. Wait until you get only one star. When he sets the alarm off you will get another star. Then, run to The Gap and get a change of clothes. The stars will go away. You can rob the CD store clerk again. If he is not there, go downstairs at The Gap and rob that clerk, going back and forth. This saves you a trip to the CD store just to find out that the clerk is on break.RC Baron Race in North Point Get in the Toy Fun Van on the top of the parking garage next to the mall to start the RC Baron Race, in which you will fly RC planes across the island.Grand Theft Auto screens in North Point In the North Point Mall, go into the Tarbrush Cafe. Go behind the counter and take a look at the registers. You will find screens from the original Grand Theft Auto.Secret rooftop hideout in downtown Go to the Greasy Choppers Bike Club. Go north about a half block. On the left hand side is a building with stairs. Go up the stairs to the roof to find a shack that can be used to store any motorcycle-class vehicle, etc.Angel motorcycle Go to the Greasy Choppers Bike Club in Downtown to find the patriotic Angel motorcycle.Infernus at Northpoint Mall Destroy most of the cars in the multistory car garage at Northpoint Mall. When you return, most of the cars will be replaced with Infernuses.Patriot To get the Patriot from Grand Theft Auto 3, go to the movie set located on the top middle island of your map You can either buy the set or you can just get in a motorcycle and do a jump over the wall. Also, go to Phil Cassidy's trailer in Little Haiti. Enter and you will see a trailer. Look left to see a building-like garage. Drive along the sides of the building across the street from the makeshift ramp to find a PCJ 600.Motorcycle tricks Press Down(2) while riding a motorcycle-class vehicle to pop a wheelie. Press Up(2) while riding to stand. Get a PCJ 600. From a stop, press Down and press X. When the motorcycle is in a wheelie, tap the X rapidly to keep the bike up. This will allow you stay in the wheelie for as long as desired. This is also a great way to make money. Choose a dirt bike or sport bike and build up a little speed. If you hit the regular and emergency brakes at the same time and stand up (Left Analog-stick Up), you can do a stoppie and earn some money. You can also get extra points for flipping around 180 degrees on the front wheel.Bailing When in a motorcycle-class vehicle, you can bail while jumping off a ramp by pressing Triangle. This is helpful if you are driving a damaged motorcycle and somehow it sets on fire in the air. This can also used to bail from any out of control vehicle before it lands in water or crashes. This is useful if you know you cannot stop in time. Also, get a sniper rifle and find a place where boats are appearing. Wait until one is coming roughly straight at you, then take out the man piloting it with the rifle. If the boat was moving fast enough, it will coast up to you. You should be able to jump onto it. From there, you can get to almost anywhere. It may take awhile to find out good spots to try this. One recommended location is behind Diaz's mansion in the lawn behind the hedge maze. Also, enable the "Cars float on water" code. Then, simply drive on the water to get to any island.Boatyard business Buy the Boatyard in Vice Port for $10,000. Get in one of the boats and start the Checkpoint Charlie mission. Take the boat through all the checkpoints within the allotted time. After this, the Boatyard will begin making money for you. Repeat the mission to increase the amount of money that it brings in. The maximum amount you can make per day is $2,000 to begin with. OK first you will have to had completed the "Cop Land" mission b/c you need the cop uniform.Ounce you have out on the cop uniform you need to get a heli.Go to the very back of the air force base and near a tent there should be a Hunter heli.The Hunter can fire missles by pressing the o button and fire a machine gun usen the R2 button
If ever you get the fabled 6 stars and have tanks on your tail FEAR NOT! as the tank is not indistructable. You have to use either the flame thrower or molotove cocktails and set the thing alight it will explode extremly quickly. This is far easier than sniping the drivers but be carful that you don't get run over by the flaming peice of military hardware!
1) Get into a abulance, go to the paramedeic missions. Complete level 12 to get infinite sprint. Now Tommy can run from the cops without stopping.2) Get into a firetruck and press R3 to get into the firefight missions. Douse all the fire up to level 12 and you will be fire resistent. Here's what you do. Get in a car, not motorcycle or any fancy vehicles. You need something that runs over people.Drive real slow (the accelerate button IS pressure sensitive). Drive up slow to a person, right behind them. If they dont run away, and are just walking like nothin, accelerate a little and run them over. They should not die if you do it as slow as possible. Leave the car on top of them, and get out. Wait there, and eventually the people will die, dropping some items/guns, and also, you will not get wanted stars. Works on cops too!When they die, get back in the car, move it off, and grab any dropped items. Usually a crowd will form over the body. Try again? Up to you. Not the best way to make money- use it mostly for the handgun. At most, you get 100 dollars. You never know when you'll need it though!

The machete can be found on the first island. Head all the way north. On the map, there are 3 bridges connecting the main island with the island you unlock later on. On the northern bridge, right as you enter, heading west, you'll notice a walkway on the left. Cross the bridge, to enter the walkway from the opposite side. Follow it back to where you entered to find the machete, hidden there.
once you have bought sunshine autos, you can take part in races. but before you rake part in one you must type in the flying cheat, right R2 circle R1 L2 down L1 R1. now all you have to do is race in the really big one. it goes all around the island. at the starting line dont accelerate too much, keep a slow speed, the other racers will go full blast and go flying above the pink rings making you in first place, just keep at a steady place and all you have to do is cruise through the race, dont worry they wont catch up to you...

When the door closes and reopens, your heli' will have wheels. While you cannot control the front wheels or accelerate like a car, you can glide down to the ground while moving forward to ride out in a straight line until momentum wears down.You can also use the floating cars cheat to make the tires buoyant, and thus, helis' can then float on water.
Then the guys are running from the cops, you can wait until the cop kills him, then you can kick the dead body for money until it appears.
in the window of pete bike shop there is a motorbike. to get this get on a motorbike from the other side of the street and drive straight forward and the window will smash. there should be a motorbike in there!!
Drive to the Cortez Docks, and head along the dock gate, NORTH. Before you reach the last closed Dock Entrance, you should have seen a PCJ parked near the gate. If it's not there, move a few hundred feet away, and come back and it should spawn back there. There are also a few cars that spawn in the parking garage near there, as well as a few others that spawn on the other far side end of the Docking Gates (south).
ok fist go to the mall and go to the ammo shop get a gun then go to the knife stor and aim the gun at him when you have 2 wanted stars run up stars to the clothing stor and change the cops will be gone then go to the comic stor rob them (still only geting 2 wanted stars) and run to the knife shop there will be cloths there take them and then repeet untill you have all the money you want!!!
in the rub out mission instead of going through the maze put your helicopter near it and fly over it and land on the other side. this is an easier way to keep lance alive
For you to run on a motorcycle in the game, you have to drive to the Mr. Vercetti clothes change icon. (a few blocks south of soiray) Drive passed it, into the parking lot. Turn around, so that it's on your right side. Stop the bike, so that the revolving icon touches Tommy's shoulder. Get off the bike, and then get back on. When the screen goes black, hold down X.

okay. i fogot the name of this save area, but its north west, has a helipad, and 3 garages.i found a secret with the garages. well, more of a glitch. i dont know if its been mentioned already, but here's the deal.theres 3 garages. the left most one is super big, and the last two are medium size.Im a big blue motorcycle collector, and bike enthusiast.I was able to fit 4 bikes in the first garage, and 3 in the other two, for a total of 10 bikes that always stay there. Parking any more in there does make them dissappear the second the door closes.what you have to do is when the message appears, saying you cant store any more vehicles inside, get off the bike near the door. It will open, now get back on the bike and enter with ease. Get off it after you park them in nice order, save and that's that. The limit is 4 bikes, 3 bikes, 3 bikes. I tried more bikes, but they did dissappear. Anyhow, i don't know about cars/golf caddies, but you wont be able to fit more than two cars in each, maybe 3 in the fat one.Anyhow, good biking!Normal garages can also store at least 2 bikes!
Wait until the Police Helicopter is relatively still, then aim the Sniper Rifle at the joint between the rotor of the Helicopter and the body. Shoot it, and the Police Helicopter will blow up.

Okay dunno if all of you knew this but there are 3 beach balls in the game and you can bounce em.2 are in Starfish island in one of the pools there and one should be in Ocean beach.
I found out an easy way to get back to your houseafter planting the bombs.Before planting the bombs get a helicopter(i used the sea sparow) and land outside the mall very near the exit you are going to leave by.Then after planting the bombs run outside and get in your heli and fly back to your house.If you get a police heli after you, try to shoot it with the built in gun or land on a high building and sniper out the pilot.
