Friendly characters are characters that appears during a fight to give you items or give a helping hand with the Assist Item. In order to get more and more Friendly characters, you must fight them at least Three times per character before they appear on your list. this is actually helpful, since it took me like an hour to figure it out. once you fight an opponent 3 times, you will see a symbol buy where it says "[] makeout chart", it should be a heart. for example, you fight sasuke with the third hokage 3 times, the symbol will come up. press [] andyou will see a message that read something like this: Sasuke and the third hokage have fought three times. they can now support each other in battle.
Remember,it must be in V.S. mode

To unlock any support character go to VS Mode and choose any character, then beat your desired opponent 3 times. Once you beat you opponent 3 times, press Square(to open the Makeout Paradise records) and it will say whoever you chosen and whoever you've fought.

Chuunin Exam Stadium: Go forward and back through the hole three times

Yagura map with the Giant Frog & Snake: Jump from the snake to frog three times without hitting the ground

1. Sakura Haruno and Tsunade : Heal herselves with press up button for about 5 seconds and with cakra enough for do it, and sakura or Tsunade will heal herself with zip action.

Naruto Uzumaki- Maito Suit (Naruto wearing Gai’s outfit): Speak with Gai at the marketplace. Go to the next city and buy a Maito Suit (It will cost 100.000 mon). Then go to the next screen and defeat Gai.

When you use Kakashi's Lightning Blade, he goes into sharingan mode. Necause of this you can use the technique again and again until you win the battle. The best character to try using this against is Temari because the sub attack for her level three move is nearly unavoidable. You can do this with Sasuke's chidori too if you let the technique get dropped before the third hit, but after the first.
