Ok, first you need a memory card to save your rosters. Use L1/R1 to go to the selection where "Create Player" is. Pick it to make a custom player. First you get the name, size, etc. In step 2 you pick the accessories. Step 3 is the stats edit. Put all of the stats to 100. Press start button to finish. BE SURE TO SAVE YOUR ROSTERS! You can also trade for your favourite players and edit their stats. Go to "Edit Players" and pick the player. If you're not in season mode you can max his stats for free. Have fun playing with your ultimate team.
