When you get a penalty in a match (not in a shoot-out), always hit it low and in the middle. The reasons are that 1. it's the only place that you can be GUARENTEED that the ball will go on-target and 2. If the keeper does save it, 9 out of 10 times, it will fall straight back to the striker's feet for an easy-tap in. :-)

This is a little bit cheap but. In the new Pro evelution soccer II. When you create a player for example yourself, that player can be signed on a free transfer to your master league club, all you then have to do is pay the wages. You can litterally crearte 30 players of exceptional ability and sign them all, for nothing.

if you want to see the players with long sleaves when editing them, when you click on edit mode on the main menu hold down down L1. Not really a cheat but oh well

Win the Asia Cup with Japan to unlock more realistic faces for the Japan National team in edit mode.

Whenver you get a Penalty Kick in a match agianst the Computer or in Master League Mode, shoot in high in the middle, unless your Stamina is low, then shoot it low in the middle. When you do shoot high middle with low Stamina, you will prolly shoot it over. You have about 10% chance the keeper will stop your penalty, which is fairly low.
