Sonic the Hedgehog Cheats & Tips

When fighting boss' losing rings is always a worry.
A good way to go about this is to have one ring at a time.
This way if you lose it and cant find it your still able to pick up one of the other rings of the level.
This way you are less likely to run outve rings during a boss fight.

Once you are able to buy the purple gem you will be able to activate this.
Hold R1 with the purple gem equiped.
Run forward and then jump.
Now continuosly press X sonic should jump in mid air.
Keep pressing X to stay in the air.
With each jump sonic will get higher and higher.

Miles "Tails" Prower - Pass all "Town Stage" Missions.

Knuckles the Echidna - All "S" Ranks on "Town Stage" Missions.

Shadow the Hedgehog - Pass "Crisis City" as Sonic.

Rouge the Bat - Pass all "GUN Commander" Missions.

E-123 Omega - All "S" Ranks on "GUN Commander" Missions.

Silver the Hedgehog - Defeat Silver as Sonic.

Blaze the Cat - Pass all "Soleana" Missions.

Amy Rose - All "S" Ranks on "Soleana" Missions.

if you were able to go through a rainbowring it gets you neier to the goldenring
