In single player mode (as anyone) fight and win until you get to the fighter before the "?" box. In the first round,use only the kick button and win. If you are successful, then you will be warped to Goro's Lair to battle the secret female ninja, Jade. She is like Kitana but super difficult. You will not lose any Kredits if you lose or not.
Note: After your match with her,you'll be sent to chose another character.
