Unlockable Characters

All characters must be bought from the character select screen after completing the unlocking requirements

Rockubot	Beat drums career 100%
Travis Barker	Beat the Pacific Coast gig with the encore on drums to unlock Travis
Billy Corgan	Beat the Bone Church gig on band career to unlock Billy
Hayley Williams	Beat the Amoeba Records gig (or the gig Misery Business is in) to unlcok her on VOCALS
Ted Nugent	Beat the Carnival gig and Ted Nugent's guitar duel to unlock him (this is on guitar)
Sting	Beat the England gig on the bass to unlock him
Zakk Wylde	Beat the Louisiana gig, along with Zakk's guitar duel on guitar to unlock him
Air Instruments	Red, Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Green, Green, Yellow (Enter these in on the 'cheats' menu in the 'options'
Always use the slide bar (does not count chords though)	Green, Green, Red, Red, Yellow, Red, Yellow, Blue
Automatic Kick Pedal (on drums)	Yellow, Green, Red, Blue, Blue, Blue, Blue, Red
Change your flame colors (the colors of the flame when you hit a note)	Green, Red, Green, Blue, Red, Red, Yellow, Blue

A quick tip for beginners

When playing the notes, hold your finger down on the fret before it comes towards the line where you strum. It will make your playing a lot more easier and accurate.

Gimme more star power!

When long star power notes are being played, use the whammy (or slide your finger on the touch pad, while your fingers are on the colored frets, of course.) to turn the line of the note bright blue and thus earning more star power!

make your game freeze A.K.A nonstop song

if you want a nonstop song you should go to an end of a song then right before the end line comes you hit the pause button unpause then immediately hit the pause again as fast as you can unpause and so on and so on then sooner or later it should freeze!!! weird!
