It's always a good thing to remember that most damaged vehicles can be quickly destroyed if they're partly on fire. As soon as you see the flames, shoot or throw a grenade at them or hit them with a rocket or some C4. Shooting them enough times will also work. Time a shot from grenade launcher right and you can destroy a full LAV with a single shot.

on dammage, flag 2 in the parking garage, go to the ramp and go to the left of it, now crouch and walk toward and stand up right before youe go under it and then you will be sticking out the upper half of it, now jump near the back of the ramp while you are still half in it, this should let you fall in...

While using any sniper rifle, after firing a shot quickly switch to another weapon and switch back. If done correctly this will skip the reload time and allow you to fire again. The same applies with the NON-automatic shotgun.
