Accumulate five hours of game play to unlock medal pursuit paint jobs
Unlock Free Roam in Time Attack Mode
Obtain all silvers or golds (no bronzes) in Kudos Challenge Mode for one of the four cities. Free Roam will now be open for that corresponding city. Repeat for the remaining cities' Free Roam.
