The easiest way to overthrow a settlement or military camp is to go to the geurilla outside the place, then call for a heavy drop. Choose the agency car. Then talk to the geurilla and start. Now, get in the agency car and switch to the guns. Targets will show up and keep firing your guns. When you get to the blockade, switch to the missiles and one shot will blow it up! when you kill enough troops and destroy enough blockades, park next to the flag and capture it! Its easy! if your car gets to damged fall back and order another one. This also works on the Montano houses too.
