Mortal Kombat: Deception Cheats & Tips

After finishing konqueast mode go back to Edenia. Go down to the very bottom right of the map in G-8. Get behind the tent an meditate until it's Friday at 12:00 and the chest will appear. Open it and you will recieve the Liu Kang Key. (the key will only stay there from 12:00-12:05 so be quick!)

In earthrealm section b-4 on Sunday around 10 am, Motaro appears near the hut where the young man is standing. Simply walk up to him and speak, you will automatically receive 1000 Ruby Koins before he vanishes.

Around the stage you fight Onaga in you will find Kamidogu's around the stage. Touch one and it will stun him. While he's stunned pull off a good combo on him. Repeat until he is dead.

Set the difficulty level of Puzzle Kombat to 'Novice' and set the difficulty of regular kombat (CPU Difficulty) to 'Max'. Play Puzzle kombat, the difficulty will be low, but the rewards will be for the higher difficulty.

Green: For Weapons.

Red: If you kick the opponent into the area they will die instantly/almost instantly.

Yellow: This means you can kick your opponent that way.

It's not really a tip but it's funny. When in versus mode select Sky Tower and fight against Havik. When you kick him of the death trap you should hear him shout " oh man this is gonna suck" It's really funny.

In certain stages there it a weapon with a green line/circle going around it. Go behind it and press the White/Silver Button to pick up.

At the character select screen, hold up and press start.

Press R (X-Box) before you select your character. Note: Does not work in Arcade mode and Chess mode.

Choose Scorpion as any character and select Beetle Lair stage. Stand toward your opponent with the stain glass between the two and use the spear with opponent blocking. He will be tethered to Scorpion until any damage is taken.

There's an old man in Edenia (Coordinates E-8, inside a house) that wil give you 500 Platinum koins if you bring him a necklace found from a dead body in G1. (Outside of the castle)
You can keep getting a necklace and giving it to the old man and he will keep rewarding you.

In Konquest Mode, The 'Walk on Air' glitch can be performed at any time in the Orderrealm. Go to the outermost walkway in H-5, and hug the invisible barrier while you change from H-5 to H-6.
