When in any pursuit above heat 3, I recommend the following:

- Use the highways. this will allow you to reach higher speeds, and take out more cops in road blocks, etc.

- If you must, only enter Stacked Deck or 21st Street turf for speed breakers. this is because they allow for the easiest return back onto the highway.

- Use the traffic to your advantage. Just dodge in and out of traffic if you want to lose the cops

You could probably come up with your own strategies, but this seems to work fine no matter what cars you use. Good luck!
