If u wanna get your bounty up later in the game, use the Rockport highway. This way, you can reach top speeds more easily, and there will be more roadblocks/spike-strips to dodge. Also, if u are losing the cops, slow down and let em catch up. That way, your pursuit time will be higher. Now that I think about it, this is also a good way to Beat some Blacklist records. Have fun with this, and tell everyone you know!!

I found this cheat in a thread on Xbox 360's NFS:MW Forum. He states that if you are able to total 1,000,000,000 in bounty, then you are able to get Heat Level 6 again for sure. Now I personally haven't tried this myself, since my bounty is super lower than that amount. So I encourage others to try for that one billion bounty mark for the Heat Level 6 to pop up again.

If your ever low on cash and need some more, you can re-do past races. Just go to the blacklist, press the up button to see past blacklist members, and choose a race to re-do. Even if you've already won it, you can do it again to win more money.
