On the Main Menu, press L1, Black, White, R1, R1, White, Black, L1. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a confirmation tone.
(The levels don't say after you turn off your xbox).

Infinite Ammo
During gameplay, pause the game. At the pause screen, press: R1, L1, Black, Black, White, R1, L1, Black, White. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a confirmation tone.
