Naturally, there shall be spoilers ahead.

A word of note before we begin, my videos are all under the premise that you've been training 4 specific characters. Said characters are of little consequence, and the same strategies can be used almost identically even if you don't use Celes, Mog, Relm and Strago. Due to the nature of some dungeons, one of these 4 will have to effectively solo those sections. I chose Mog to do that, since - not only can he achieve a perfect 255 defence stat - he can equip Molulu's Charm which bestows a No-Encounters effect.

If you need to head to an exact boss's strategy, use CTRL+F (I'm not sure on what the Mac/Unix Search functions command is, so please don't ask), and search for the boss code in the format 4.x, where x can be found in the Contents. Speaking of which...

Ahoy there! Welcome to the world of... Gaia I suppose. It doesn't have an official name to my knowledge, so Gaia will have to suffice.

There's only the one boss guide here on Neoseeker, and that's good for those who learn purely by reading, but what about the Visual learners out there? Well, that's where I can help! By using the videos I made several months ago, I can give you viable strategies for the main-game. I'm currently in the process of completing the Post-Game dungeons (Dragons Den and Soul Shrine) on camera, so I can't help you with Czar (a.k.a Kaiser) Dragon or Omega Weapon here, but send me an e-mail or a NeoPM and I can give you a strategy.
