THE GOOD:
1)it has 128 megs of ram which is a plus for a card this old.
2)it runs just as fast as my old radeon 64 meg ViVo with ddr ram.
3)it just looks cool.
4)it's a 3dfx product.
5)it handles fsaa MUCH better then its predocessor the voodoo 5 5500 did.

THE BAD:
1) it needs a exteral power suply (which with some slight modification of the card can be avoided)
2) it never made it to main stream.

SUMMARY:
I bought my voodoo 5 6000 off ebay and ever since then I have never felt a need to upgrade to anything higher (unless of course I find a tester of a rampage card hehehe ;D) but I don't really think there is much need to get a card other then this one I meanit runs great it has AWSOME frame rates in unreal turnament (I have yet to test it in ut2k3) but this card has yet to show me a major flaw yet I just really wished that 3dfx could have stayed in business long enough to release the rampage that would be the only...

THE GOOD:
Awesome! makes a killer showpiece at LAN parties! x8 FSAA at playable framerates... still better IQ than a Geforce4 IMO

THE BAD:
It's an engineering board... has wiring rewroking on it, but still works good. Have it powered internaly with no external PSU

SUMMARY:
Awesome card! paired with an Athlon 2100+, this puppy will SMOKE anything in IQ!

THE GOOD:
OMG!!!!
Everything that 3dfx made it out to be

THE BAD:
Nothing

SUMMARY:
Finally got my hands on one. (1/100 made) A rare catch
indeed! Was very impressed with the 8x FSAA. Loaded all of my games back into my computer with the Voodoo5/6k and all worked fine. (Quake 1/2/3,Deus-EX,etc..) T-buffer with Glide and D3D is outstanding!!
Motion Blur is fast-takes a while to get used to.
Just a "kick-butt" card. It's a damn shame Nvidia bought-out 3dfx to kill this card and what was to be the newer "Rampage". If you can find one of these cards get one!!!!

THE GOOD:
1) The first (or the second - after Geforce3 ) to exceed the barrier of 1 Gigapixel per second!!!
2) 128MB (Are u kidding?) Video memory
3) Full DirectX support and new Anti-aliasing technology for the SMOOTHEST and the SHARPEST graphics.
4) 32bit color rendering and textures at maximum resolution 2048x1536
5) AGPx4 (or possible AGP PRO slot) with TV-OUT

THE BAD:
The only drawback is it's price, but i think that 3dfx will eventually please its loyal customers and decrease it.

SUMMARY:
This is the pinnacle of Graphics technology - At last Nvidia is seriously threatened!

This beast is a real state of the art...
I can't wait to see this wonder come into market!

It's time for 3dfx (or Quantum) to show who is the boss!!
