Roundups and Shootouts

High End Ram Roundup - Neoseeker
"My choice will be the Mushkin level 2 module for the best RAM on the market right now... Coming in second I will have to pick the guys using the Sasmung 6ns chips. the OCZ 3200 and Corsair XMS 3000 both use these."

OCZ PC2700 & PC3200 SDRAM Review - AMD Zone
"...while their performance was good, it was not off the scale. If you stuck to the stock voltage, Crucial actually looks better. But if you want to get the most out of your memory, definitely go up to 2.7V. While many people won't ever touch OCZ, please don't associate a brand name with immoral dealers."

DDR400 Overclocking Roundup - ForumOC
"Corsair and OCZ memory dominated these tests and rightly so, keeping up with the market and releasing some of the best products that have ever come across my test systems. I would, however, have to give the award to OCZ PC3200 Rev2 because it showed the best performance for its price."

Corsair vs. OCZ Dual Channel DDR Roundup - GamePC
"...we have grown to respect Corsair's XMS line of memory, as it generally is capable of what it claims it can do. The newly released XMS2700 ELL memory can indeed run DDR-333 memory at ultra-fast 2-2-2-5 timings, and is our favorite memory out of the bunch."

What They Say:

"If this stuff were twice as expensive as regular RAM, it'd be a lousy product. But it only costs slightly more. So why not? Recommended."
"The overall performance, quality and specifications of this ram are excellent. So far I have not run into any problem what so ever with the ram."

"...if you go ahead and purchase some DDR 400 chances are pretty good you won't be able to use it to its full potential on your current system. But if you are looking to do some extreme FSB overclocking this is the RAM for you.It does seem that this is the highest performing system memory currently available."

"The performance speaks for itself. Going well beyond its rated speed of 200MHz to 217MHz, and doing so without a great deal of difficulty, this stick of RAM proves its worth. If you’re looking for RAM that will take you to 200MHz and beyond, then this is definitely worth looking at."
"Amazing performance."
