THE GOOD: Holds TONS of songs for its size The upgrade of now viewing videos is not available on this ipod video! The circle touch pad in the center of the ipod is unique Holds lots of pictures!
THE BAD: Deleted information Doesn't hold that much text in the "notes" section of the ipod The games are low quality You have to run most of the videos you want to add to your ipod through a converter
SUMMARY: The apple ipod was one of the greatest purchases I've ever made. It cost me about $300 for a 30 gigabyte ipod. Yes this is somewhat expensive but this was in 2005. The price will definitly go down and I would recommend this product to anyone with a lot of music.
The adding of videos to the ipod is great but it really sucks the battery out of your ipod. I can barely get through a full movie on my ipod becuase the battery dies at about 2 hours into a movie.
Photos are another great addition to the ipod. You can fit 15,000 photos on a 60 gig I believe and half of that on a 30 gig ipod. That is a lot of photos! You can also put album covers onto the ipod video so that each time you are listening to the song you can look at the album cover.
There's a bit of battery drainage when you have the backlight on for long periods of time, but you only need it if you're in the dark.
