Overall, the M3A32-MVP Deluxe can't be faulted for effort - That CrossFireX layout niggle aside, it's a well thought-out motherboard with all of the functionality you should need and have come to expect from a high-end part, coupled with good performance in key areas such as network, USB and Serial ATA file transfers. Certainly, if you're determined to go down the AMD processor route and need those three or four-way CrossFireX graphics capabilities, then a board of this ilk for around £130 isn't a bad deal at all. However, if a standard CrossFire rig is all you desire then you can pick up suitable motherboards much cheaper and if we're being honest, if that's the case then there's little reason to go down that Phenom route at all given the pricing and performance of both Intel's processors and motherboards.

If you are looking for the most high-end motherboard for your AMD system supporting CrossFireX – i.e. up to four video cards – for your “Spider” gaming system this is definitely the motherboard you should buy.

Asus has come through again with the M3A32-MVP Deluxe WiFi motherboard. This is a great board, and if you already have a decent AMD CPU this would be a nice upgrade for you. If you are looking to try out Phenom, this would also be a great pick for your rig.

The ASUS M3A32-MVP Deluxe is a solid product for those looking at building a new Phenom system or alternatively for those looking at building an Athlon64 X2 system with the ability to upgrade in the future, if either of those scenarios make sense to you at the moment.

Its oddities aside, the features of this board are great, though. It supports a large amount of RAM, quad-core Phenoms, and plenty of SATA and USB devices.
