THE BAD:
Everything! This computer company has been nothing but a nightmare, horrible technical support, faulty parts, didnt even ship with all the stuff I paid for!

SUMMARY:
I just want to warn everyone to stay away from a brand of computers called "Ibuypower", which can be found at their web site www.ibuypower.com. This computer company does not honor its warrantees, and it’s basically just a scam. I bought a new top of the line computer there about 8 months ago. Of this time, my computer has never been working as described. It shipped with missing parts and upgrades which I paid extra for, many of which the average person wouldn’t notice and just have been ripped off. It took weeks for them to send out the parts, which I had to install myself. Before I could even use the new parts though my computer completely stopped working. It is under a one-year warrantee, but they charged me $80.00 shipping and handling to send it in. It took over 3 months to get back, and still was not in working condition. This time they paid for shipping, but after another 3 months when I got my computer it was still broken. I sent it back in yet again, and I just got it back. The verdict: It still doesn’t work!! The warrantee will soon be expired, and they refuse to replace my computer. They want me to just send it back in so they can do virtually nothing to it and send it back broken, and have my warrantee be up so I am stuck with a $1,400 piece of junk! I strongly advise anyone even considering getting a new computer to stay far away from this brand. Dealing with their faulty products and customer support has been a nightmare.
