Frylock, Shake and Meatwad embark on a journey to discover how they were born. Their searching leads them to outerspace, the depths of hell, and everywhere in between. Along the way they meet deranged and confused enemies and friends. All of their equally neurotic comrades end up first assisting them in building the ultimate home workout machine, The Insan-O-Flex, and then help with attempts to destroy the machine before the Insan-O-Flex destroys the Earth itself.
