Envy

Tim (Ben Stiller) and Nick (Jack Black) live across the street from one another, work together, and happen to be best friends. Nick is a dreamer, constantly thinking up wild ideas. When he decides to follow through on one of his inventions, a spray that makes dog poop disappear (called VaPOOrize), he offers Tim a chance to go in as partners but Tim isn't interested in paying good money for a harebrained idea. When it actually works and Nick becomes an instant millionaire, he and his wife Natalie (Amy Poehler) decide to build their dream mansion/complex across the street where they can still be close to their friends. Tim and his wife Debbie (Rachel Weisz) are insanely jealous, so when Tim meets the J-Man (Christopher Walken), an odd character with ideas on how to even the score, Tim listens - which is only going to lead to more hard feelings.
