Story

A hot, up-and-coming cast joins award-winners Allison Janney and Keith Carradine for the critically-acclaimed coming-of-age story "Our Very Own." Set in the rural South of the late 1970s, "Our Very Own" recaptures the bittersweet moments of five inseparable teen friends: Melora (Autumn Reeser), Clancy (Jason Ritter), Bobbie (Hilarie Burton), Ray (Derek Carter) and Glen (Michael McKee), each grappling with unique hopes, dreams and difficulties.

The year is 1978 and movie starlet Sondra Locke – seen alongside one-time boyfriend Clint Eastwood in a half
dozen films, including "Any Which Way You Can" and "The Outlaw Josey Wales" – is returning to her native Shelbyville, Tennessee, for its famed annual walking horse celebration. The young friends can't wait for Locke to arrive: they've been working for months on an ensemble musical number they hope to perform in honor of the celebrity.
