Story

In the Taking of Pelham 123, Denzel Washington stars as New York City subway dispatcher Walter Garber, whos life is turned upside down when he finds a subway train has been hijacked by a criminal mastermind named Ryder (John Travolta). The situation turns bitter ugly as Ryder threatens to execute passengers one by one if he doesn't get his ransom money, and Garber must figured out a way to stop him before it's too late.
