Well Im having some difficulty at school with a violation about piercings. I got a piercing done a couple of weeks before I went back to school nd outr new principal is taking all the school rules more seriously then the old principal. Ive tried a plaster over it put it wont work because it gets caught in my hair and im trying to grow my hair over it. Today I had to take it out and it almost closed up. I need ideas on how to let me keep my piercing in my ear

Why are you not allowed to have piercings?

I can understand clothes and piercings else where but that isn't bad at all.

Why not just put studs in the holes when in school?

I have no clue about why we aint allowed and we arent even allowed studs luffy. Besides that im broke, I only have a few euro to my name

You can buy clear plastic bars to go in piercings to make them much less noticeable but keep them from closing up. Perhaps ask your principal if he/she would compromise and allow that?

Well, why not put them on the inside of the ear? Like, in the little over hang(the part where the ear closes inward on it) and make it very small silver ball studs that nobody would notice easily

Thanx Steel but he and compromise dont mix and im going in to the place I got it done to get it looked at and ill get a clear one and maybe studs to if i have money

Seriously, it's beyond me how something like that is against health and safety. Maybe 1 accident occurs like every two years or something ridiculous like that. xD

At my school, because of the religious beliefs of almost half the students, they were forced to allow peircings. Have you checked your scholls official policy on the subject (there's gotta be a set of rules around somewhere). If they distinctly say no then honestly, you're up the creek. Elsewise, there's a good argument for your case.

I don't see how that's really going to effect anyone in a health manner. (Except you if it gets infected) That's a strict school, we're allowed studs and that's all but nothing is complete poppycock.

Is your school an all-boys school? If not, there would be a lot of outraged girls. You can get clear ones which are effective, or as the others have said, really small studs. Either that or kick your principal in the hip.
