So much for the best broadband service available. Half the time it never connects and the other half it keeps dropping. *bleep*ing great work guys. Anyone else here on Virgin and have these problems?

I died a little inside.

I'm on virgin and I find the broadband okay. I do get pop ups to re connect though a few times an hour, that might be something to do with my computer though rather than virgin, meh.

I am on Virgin for my mobile phone and they are ok. Not a very good reception range but the calls are the second cheapest that you can get in Western Australia so I can't really complain.

Yeah i have Virgin. The boradband is alright, but i think i have download limits which is very annoying. I have more problems with their cable TV service, which resets itself every 10 minutes.

Never heard any good from Virgin to begin with. Who says those things about it?

Optical Fibres make up Virgin broadband, and that's better than copper wires, so I don't see any problem.

Contact Virgin... maybe they're having trouble in your area or are doing maintenance work.

I had virgin broadband for ages, it was millions times better than BT who had a bad habit of turning off our connection at 11pm every night.

This thread sounded interesting.

However, I do understand your frustrations.


Mine is okay, but the internet does slow from time to time.

They should pt skyone back one VTV.

I used to be with Virgin, then I switched to Sky. They are *bleep*ing *bleep*.
