Hmm... even though discussion has started, I'm still not sure whose getting this game, so if your one of the people getting this game, why don't you tell us here.

Personally, I wasn't going to get this game for a while (due to money and time problems), but I believe I've just been given a chance to get the game for free (hopefully if the full version has any Trophies, the version I'll get will also have them... hopefully...and it's a reviewers version), so I'm quite happy that I've long since cancelled my pre-order for the game So are any of you getting the game?

I'm hoping that I get it soon... the games releasing on the 17th, and so I basically have 9 days in which I can get the game, and THQ usually sent the game quite quickly...

No doubt about it, I am definitely getting this game. I loved SR, and I think this one may just be better.

Def getting the game. I'm a big fan of sandbox shooters.

I wont be getting it on release day (PES 09 to buy first) but I plan to before the end of the year. I just like the amount of stuff you can do and whilst it isnt realistic I couldnt care less, some games should be about doing things you cant do IRL.

Yo, you guys think I can get it on release date if I didn't pre-order it? I have 3 walmarts, a Gamestop(which they claimed they don't have anymore of), a Circuit City and a Target near me. I know Circuit City and Target don't normally get games on release date, but does Wal-Mart?

^ What about stores like Best Buy or Future Shop? Any big-name chain store will have it on release.

WHen IV came out I stood outside like an idiot waiting for the security guards to let people (10 at a time) into the EB Games at my local Mall. While we stood in line people from Future Shop had already got the game. Some guy ran up to his friends in line gloating that he had the game while we waited in the rain. He thought he was cool until his friends pointed out that he had bought IV for the wrong console. The guy had a PS3 and he bought it for 360.

Anyways, YES i think you'll be able to find the game on release day without a pre-order.
