I bought a 91' Mitsubishi Eclipse GS yesterday for about 300 Bucks. Clean inside, Straight outside, only thing wrong with it is it needs a new tranny. Anyway, So Im cleaning out the inside, and decided that I needed to replace my cieling. It ended up sagging, and its moldy as well. So I tore it out, and then realized. "Man, I have no clue where to get this replaced". Any help, tips and so on would be appreciated.

Nice project, but you should have got a turbo. :-O

There should be a board above the lining, if that is moldy and bad check local junk yards. If your GS has a sun roof, odds are your seals up there are bad. Have the glass closed and have someone(parents or friends) spray the car with water. Check for leaks and see if you need to replace the ruber gaskets.

Also, if you cant find a junk yard around i've heard of many people using sheetmetal or thin tagboard and cutting out the size and shape they need. Most auto stores should hold some form of roofing suply, or some kind of ceiling cloth.

Clean the roof as well while you have the cover off. If there is some mold up there, you'll want to get it off.
