It appears that this is a common problem by the number of replies on the topic...

It would probably be more efficient if someone would upload the files (in an archive) to a free file hosting website.

e.g. zshare, badongo, mediafire.net, depositfiles.net, megaupload.com, rapidshare.com, etc.

The download restrictions on these sites seem to increase as the list continues, so the first few are preferable - after uploading the file, just post the download link to the file on the forum

These sites all have simple upload instructions on them if you're not too clear as to what to do from an above site's home page
