Actually, I don't have that many up on the walls. I tend to rotate them out on occasion to change up the look and help keep them from fading. Faded comic book posters ain't a pretty sight.

Hey Mac, by any chance, have you checked out Oracle: The Cure? I may pick it up, but want to know if it's worth the effort. Been quite a bit since the start of the comic, though.

It's only a three issue series with the second having just came out. It's part of the Battle for the Cowl event and picks up some things from Birds of Prey along with possibly leading into the upcoming new Batgirl series, which speculation has it being Barbara. I've liked it.

I see, thanks, I'll pick it up tomorrow. Think they'll go through with it and make Barbara walk again? She has been inspiring to the handicapped readers, after all.

Maybe. Dan Didio has state that he wants to focus as much on the iconic versions of characters as possible. Also, Geoff Johns and JG Jones were originally set to do an All-Star Batgirl series a while back. That fizzled, but it does show interest by DC Editorial for Barb as Batgirl. Besides, Charles Xavier and Bruce Wayne got to walk again. Just hope Cassandra doesn't fall by the way side.

You know Mac, I took your recommendation on Madame Xanadu, the Vertigo version, and I must say that I like it quite a lot. I like the Phantom Stranger even if he's so elusive. The fact that the series has been jumping from different eras in time is pretty damn cool. I enjoy the reasons why the Phantom Stranger lets certain events happen, especially the reveal for the Jack the Ripper storyline.

I'll probably skip the Hood series. Maybe. But it is drawn by Hotz, and I like his stuff. Lethal Legion I'm looking forward to along with Zodiac.
quote CaptainessTold ya so. It's an awesome book. Do I need to explain all the DCU connections? Hadley is taking a short break from the art. Kaluta is filling in. ------------------- quote SlackerBooks&Lit Comics Transformers: The Movie Gundam Collectibles

What is Zodiac, do we know yet?
Well, since you're picking up Lethal Legion, you've convinced me to do likewise. The fact that the Grimm Reaper is in it tickled my fancy more than anything. I think i'll pick up the Hood, especially since his was the only short story in Dark Reign: Cabal that was halfway decent. -------------------
