What kind of people are they? Shouldn't their beta testers (if they had any that is
 ) have picked that out right from the start.I really hope you get an exchange or some compenstation, try emailing them or ringing the Sega Support Line on 08456 090 090 (UK). They should tell you if it is a prolem with your VMU or the game. Also try going www.dreamcastmag.co.uk and posting your letter as an email, they will ask Sega and you should get your reply  Good luck! | |
