Well to each there own. I did notice while Playing SR2 that the places the Glyphs filled in the select screen in the first SR are still there in SR2 but the Symbols for the Glyphs are missing. I wonder what that could mean?

Who knows. You go back in time right? Maybe you go back to before the glyphs were created. Think about it. They all can hurt vampires.

re: Welcome to Soul Reaver |

I have a question to either Tifa or Bloodsin; Spoilers!!
When I played SR2 I realized that the Elder talks to Raziel in the past as if it was present time. Okay so the Elder knows Raziel double crossed him in the past, so why does he guide him up until the Chronoplast? Also it appears as if Moebius from the first era in SR2 is the same as the Moebius from 5 centuries in the past (ofcourse he's the same guy, but I mean Mentally knowing Raziel from 5 centuries in the future). So if you put this in chronological order it would be; In the time Vorador slaughtered the circle Moebius cornered Raziel with the help of Malek, then after that he waited 500 years to meat with the very Raziel and snatch him out of the time stream, then finally he got killed by Kain after 30 years and his spirit waited about 70 years to talk to Raziel in the ruined Sarafan Stronghold. So basicly, past Moebius knows Raziel won't be his "obidiant assasin" as Raziel said once, so why does future Moebius try to convince Raziel into killing Kain if in the past of 5 centuries ago Moebius knows Raziel isn't going to do it? Past Moebius said that Raziel underastimated him up until that point, so basicly past Moebius is the same Moebius that snatched Raziel out of the time stream which means that Malek followed future Moebius' orders to corner Raziel. This is really confusing. What's your theories on this?? ------------------- "Nani?!"

I think, since Moebius is the time streamer and he had the power to sift through the sands of time, that he just read over Raziel's entire destiny. He knew what was going to happen with Raziel and when. Just as he said, "I knew your every intention before you did." Same with the Elder. If you think of the events in the sequence they happened in Raziel's journey, rather than the sequence of history, all their actions make sense. It's almost like they are beyond the time stream, and no matter where Raziel is in history, he's still only so far in his journey.

I Hate pipes...
Sorry for interrupting the conversation, but I REALLY get exhausted with this game. Soul Reaver, the first one, and its endless puzzles, I still can not get throught the 3-pipes-glyding moment in the Cathedral section, just before the gate and meeting with ZEPHON. Would anyone feel enough pity to tell me where in the world (and how?!) can I jump-glyde to any imaginable passage over there?? ------------------- "Some rise by sin and some by virtue fall." --Shakespeare "Pas besoin de gril : l'enfer, c'est les Autres." -- Sartre

How dare your moms boyfriend take this great game back. Well since it's such and old game I doubt anyone would mine me telling you the ending.
Kain and Raziel right but Kain escapes and goes back in time. You will have to play Soul Reaver 2 and even LoK Defiance to find the true ending.

Hi, I'm new. I started to play this game a week ago and I find it for quite interesting. I might beat it after I finish Resident Evil 3.
