	Well I just went down alllll 50 levels, and beat Choko at the bottom with just Ark! Then had to go alllll the way back up with just Ark! And since I had been doing that for a few hours, I just now saved. So since I have her, I think I will beat it, and see if I can get her by myself for Arc II, if not though, I'll post back here. Is there anything I should know, like what NOT to do that might prevent me from getting Choko in Arc II somehow? ------------------- ...loving rainy days and stormy nights... -My Art: 5/30/03-Guestbook-

	I have no clue on Arc 2. I'm stuck.....REALLY BAD on Arc 2 right now. I'm at this part where Elc stays behind and fights off monsters while the townspeople escape from this tower. Well, I have ONLY Elc and no healing items either. I am majorly stuck. 	oh I remember that but I'll have to ask some questions did you save before? do you have lot of MP left? what are you fighting? if you have full MP you'll be able to beat them by using invincible every turn and just counter attacking. BUt this won't work if you're fighting like 10 because the MP will run out. or it MIGHT work if you wait til the enemies get near you and use invincible. They'll surround you and you'll counter attack

For now, all you really need to do with Choko is max her out in terms of levels (easy to do with the Silk Belt), which in Arc I would be 60. Once you get to Arc II, then you worry about the rest, as there's a specific set of events you'll need to accomplish then to get her back. ------------------- Let the sun shine in, Kick it with a grin

I THINK Choko will need to be above a certain level when it comes time for you to start doing the Choko sidequests in Arc II. But I'm not certain at all, to tell you the truth. All I can tell you for sure was that I maxed out her levels in Arc I, and I definitely was able to get her in II. Besides, wouldn't you wanna see a level 60 Choko in Arc I??? The enemies in that game will never get a chance to attack (after you get her out, that is).

	How can Gogen be great if he doesn't know how to get Choko??? j/k There's quite a few events you'll need to trigger and go through before you'll finally earn Choko permanently in Arc II. I'm assuming of course that you've already received Choko in Arc I by going down all 50 levels of the Forbidden Ruins in Arc I, and going all the way back up, then converting your save data into Arc II. While I don't think getting Choko in Arc I will prevent you from getting her as a character in Arc II, you may not be able to complete the last portion of this side quest. And of course... SPOILER ALERT!!! SPOILER ALERT!!! 1)Wait till your party regains the Silver Noah in Arc II, and meets up with all the characters from Arc I. I think this is right after you defeat Gallarno for good in that Chimera Lab in Romalia. Then go to the Time Forest in Clenia. From the entrance, go Up, Down, Right, Right, Left, Left, Up, and Up. You should enter a village and meet Choko. Visit Choko in her house, have dinner with her and rest in her house for the night. 2)Next morning, Choko will escort you out of the forest. Follow her as she leads you through the forest. She'll stop at the exits you'll need leave the screen from each time. Be absolutely sure to talk to her each time she stops. This means you'll have to keep in pace with her the whole time. 3)Re-enter the forest. From the entrance, go Up four screens. This will take you to the graveyard, where you must read the front AND back of the lower-rightmost tombstone. Leave the forest. Note: I think you need to defeat Andel in that tower battle first before you can accomplish this sequence of events. 4)Re-enter the forest again, and you'll automatically go the village. Watch the scenes between Choko and her father regarding a certain someone dear to Choko. Then, talk to everyone in the village regarding this someone. (Not sure if this is necessary, actually) Talk to Choko's father after talking to everyone. Check the back door of Choko's house. You'll need a key. You can find the key in the lowerleft-hand corner of Choko's house (amidst the mess). You can now visit that someone's gravestone after unlocking the backdoor. Examine it, of course. Watch the sequence of events. Something will happen to the villagers, and they'll turn into slimes. The whole village becomes the battlefield, and you'll need to escape via the lowerleft of the village (you'll need to hop some fences in the area to get there). Try your best not to kill the slimes. While you're at it, you might as well get the Red Shoes, in a treasure chest to the upper right of the village. Try putting the slimes to sleep with sleep spells to keep them from hounding you. Escape to the graveyard, and beat down all the enemies, including the glowing gravestone. NOTE: This last part of the sequence is only accessible if you've earned Choko in Arc I. If you didn't, you most likely won't be able to complete this sidequest, so don't bother doing the next step. 5)Watch the scenes that follow to find out more about Choko's past. Then, head back to the Forbidden Ruins to help Choko reconcile with her past once and for all. I think that's how it goes. If I've made a mistake, please don't hesitate to correct me, completing this side-quest adds immensely to your enjoyment to Arc II!!! This message was edited by Wolfwood on Aug 16 2002. 	I did all the stuff in town such as choko talking to her dad and then she wakes up in clenia the demon girl thing has been released but when i go to floor 50 of the forbidden ruins nothing is triggered what do i still gotta do This is after she finds out about her self and about her dog wolf thing Also after her father tell her of the evil warrior

	Ive done everything on the list and when i go to lv50 it wont let me do anything is there anywhere I have to go inbetween when chokos dad tells her about where she comes from and when you go to the forbidden ruins.

If you're at the point in this subquest where I think you are, you shouldn't see anybody on that throne anymore. You can now push the throne aside to descend even deeper into the labyrinth (it's not difficult at all, don't worry). Of course, this is assuming that you've already met Akura, Choko's "other side", back in Choko's village. In that scene, she'll challenge you to return to the Forbidden Ruins and find her, so you know where you've got to go. If you haven't seen this scene yet, it means you've got something else to do first. ------------------- Let the sun shine in, Kick it with a grin
