How can I catch the monkeys near by the big machine that blows me away? It's in the TV Tower, pass the place where I can use a tank and everything. I can see that there's a monkey programming the machine. Is it that I have to catch that monkey, and ruin the machine beside him? How do I get to him?

you have to catch 2 of the apes that are on the top of the fan part (above it), and when you're close to one, just swing away with the net while jumping up and down. Make sure to jump up so the platform can rise so you don't fall off. After you catch the top 2, the blue wall part of the wall will slide down and you can break the glass and fly into it to get another monkey, break the control board, the fans will be turned off, then catch the last ape.
