That really depends on the job skills you enjoy using.
I personnaly like to play up the stengths of a class with a weakness of another. SO a Ninja with their speed works wonders with a mastered math skill. Also Break skills works well. A monk works well with break skills. When in doubt... I often put Geomancey in a secondary slot for ranged attack power, or the old item skill. ------------------- "Seek not the men of old.
